I have heard of conflicting answers before.
I have Plague Inc on my IPad 4th generation.
I want to get everything in it but want to do this at the cheapest possible price.

Ok here we go. You should buy neurax worm or beat all base plague on brutal. Beat neurax worm on brutal you unlock zombie. Beat that on brutal. you unlock monkey. So on so forth. Buy the scenario pack, doing so will unlock all scenarios, the full game, and custom scenarios. Total price? $2.99 dollars USD.
