Woke up today and all my progress was gone (all unlocked data gone). Anyone else had this happen?

Confirmed here that unlocked plagues are gone. Unlocked evolution genes are still present, and saved games with diseases farther down the chain (I had a save with prions in progress) is still present and loadable. Achievements untouched.

Yes - I'm aware of this and a fix will be out today which will restore progress. (it has been caused by the fact we are about to release the Neurax Worm)
