When custom scenarios come out im gonna develop my plague here it is
Transmission :
AIR 1 : aleardy has it
AIR 2 : aleardy has it
WATER 1 : doesnt have
WATER 2 : same
BLOOD TO BLOOD : Doesnt have
Mosquitos : Has
Doesnt have any animal transmisson
Symptoms : Coughing,Nausea,Rash
Abilities:
Heat Resistance : LVL 2
Cold Res: Doesnt have
Special Abillity : Spread faster in hot countries : LVL 1- 15 DNA LVL 2 - 30 DNA
So tell me what you think does it need some changes?

I think you will have a lot of problems to infect countries like Greenland.
also you will need more than those symptoms to kill people. Otherwise the plague makes no sense.
