No update so far here, and I'm hearing that it's out.

The last full patch 1.8 took approx. one and a half week before it come to Amazon version. The patch damaged the installed game so that I had to reinstall it and my whole progress was gone (because the Amazon Cloud don't save progress). The last Hotfix 1.8.1 was still not released for Kindle. So we must be patient.

Amazon Germany released patch 1.9.1 a few hours ago and it works currently.

Yep - it's available now on the Amazon App Store - version 1.9.1
